Step by Step

1. Decide if you will form a delegation or not.
2. Submit your application documents before 15 February 2010.
3. Receive your letter of acceptance by e-mail.
4. Within 7 working days following your acceptance, submit your payment of the € 50 participation fees according to instructions in the letter.
5. Once your payment is in place we will send you a receipt and all the necessary information to prepare for the conference!

For Delegations

1. Form a delegation of minimum ten participants and receive the delegation discount.
2. Appoint one delegation representative.
3. Follow individually the step by step procedure represented above, indicating the name of your delegation representative on the application form.
4. Each delegation member is notified on relevant information and discount in the acceptance letter.
